Brief
To create a generous, light-filled, boutique, multi-residential apartment building and townhouse to the rear of an existing, heritage building. To retain and restore the front, existing building and renovate the full interior to accomodate new retail and office spaces.

Scope
Demolition of the existing stairwell and rear apartment building and development of a new, 5-story apartment complex in its place. Renovation and restoration of the existing, front, heritage building. New independent townhouse to the rear of the site.

Our role
Full Architectural and interior design services, including; design, drafting, town planning and building permits, on site consultation.
