PA/Office Manager: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated PA/Office Manager to join our growing Architectural practice.

Bring your passion and skills in organisation and communication, to assist the Director in the day to day running of the business.

Applicants must:

  • have a minimum of 2 years experience in an assistant role

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • be passionate, motivated, with strong attention to detail and great time management skills

  • be able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Management of general office communications and enquiries

  • Calendar/appointment management and travel bookings

  • File/document management

  • Management of office accounts, supplies, mail and deliveries

Hours: Starting 1 day per week, increasing to 2-3 days per week

Start date: December 2019
